Market Stats
In the past I utilized this page to provide monthly market statistics for the towns I worked within. As my business and experience grew, I learned that many of the monthly statistics that most Realtors and I were providing online were somewhat irrelevant to understanding value and negotiating price.
More often than not, I found myself having to explain these statistics to clients who were trying to educate themselves to specifc markets and price points using relatively general stats. I also realized that I was spending entirely too much time developing and inputting these figures online.
With this in mind, I decided to stop adding these monthly statistics, yet I want to make it clear that I am happy to provide any information you may need regarding any market you may be interested in.
I am a full time Realtor working with buyers, sellers and investors every day of my life. I have the most up to date information you can find and have developed a number of tools to define value in a specific market very quickly. This includes historical data, recent market trends and future forecasts.
